our final destination, Bage Brazil, this picture was taken on our Dad's last trip a few years ago....The plane is now back in Abbotsford after being in the shop for two days getting some repairs. Thankfully we didn't need an entire auto pilot installed, rather only a few adjustments...I will not attempt to know what I'm talking about when it comes to mechanics. They also made a connection for the person sitting in the back seat to wear a head set (before only the pilot and co-pilot wore head sets), so now we can all 3 hear and talk to each other. This makes it a lot easier for the back seater to actually communicate, as opposed to yelling to the pilot asking, "are we there yet??" The plane can get a little loud...
We want to have everything together by the end of next week, so we can leave on a moment's notice. The weather has been phenomenal lately, which is a miracle in itself, so hopefully it stays like this. You will be hearing a lot about the weather on this trip, so get used to it.
